During these challenging, difficult and ever changing times our therapy, our self care and yoga practices are more important than ever.  The emergence of covid has placed extraordinary stress on all of us and many of us were already under tremendous stress.   Staying connected is vital for our mental, emotional and spiritual health.

To that end, I am offering Face Time, Zoom and phone sessions for existing and new clients.    These sessions are HIPPA compliant (your health information and privacy are still of the upmost concern).  Insurance and/or EAP benefits will apply just as before.   I will be in my home office (secure and private) and/or my work office location.   All you need is a safe and private place so that we can continue to connect.   Many insurance companies are waving co pays and virtual sessions can be discounted during this time.
I offer Yoga group therapy with my partner Lorraine Turner through Zoom meeting.  These are an opportunity to connect with others and have a yoga practice in your own home.   The cost is 16$ for the two hour sessions.  Some insurances may apply.   I also offer virtual yoga through Guruv Yoga on Monday evenings at 7:15pm.  The cost is 8$ per class and accessible anywhere.
My heart and thoughts and prayers are with us all through this time. We are connected in our 'shared vulnerability' and will remain strong if we honor our social solidarity!        A mantra for you:     "I am open, spacious, brave and kind"
